Please join us in welcoming Erica Klinedinst as the next Executive Director of TriCounty Community Network. She will officially begin her new role on Monday, October 26th, and we look forward to this next chapter as we continue our commitment to supporting individuals, families, and communities throughout our region.
Erica brings a decade of nonprofit experience in the Tri-County region, with a background in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, grant writing, and community engagement. Until 2024, she served as Executive Director of the Phoenixville Jaycees Foundation, overseeing nonprofit operations, fundraising, community partnerships, and events while helping local nonprofits strengthen their fundraising efforts. Most recently, she worked as a Grant Writer for Tower Health, securing funding to support healthcare initiatives and community needs at Reading, Pottstown, and Phoenixville Hospitals.
Throughout her career, Erica has developed a strong understanding of the challenges facing nonprofit organizations and the importance of collaboration and community partnerships. As a longtime member of the Phoenixville community, she remains actively involved through her service on the board of 100 Women of Phoenixville and her volunteer work with the Phoenixville Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master of Public Health from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Phoenixville with her husband and dog. Outside of work, Erica enjoys playing the violin, knitting, and spending time outdoors, particularly hiking, camping, and enjoying time on the river.
Erica brings valuable experience and leadership to our organization. We’re excited for you to get to know her and learn more about the background and experience she brings to TCN. As she settles into her new role, we encourage you to connect with Erica. She can be reached at erica@tcnetwork.org.
Thank you for your continued trust, partnership, and support. Our community is at the heart of everything we do, and we look forward to continuing this important work together.
Warmly,
TCN Board of Directors
