Valor Clinic Foundation- Patriot Ball Fundraiser

You are invited to attend this year’s Patriot Ball Fundraiser! The Patriot Ball Fundraiser will be held at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn on November 9th, 2024. This fundraiser is hosted by VALOR Clinic Foundation and all proceeds will go towards our programs which assist our local Veterans. Get you tickets now for a formal attire night out with music, dancing and gourmet food! We also are looking for sponsors; see below sponsorship levels and information:

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:

• PLATINUM – $15000 Donation
-This will include 8 tickets to the Ball
– A full-page ad in our program (Full page – 5” x 8”)
– Sponsor sign in the Ballroom

• GOLD – $10,000 Donation
– This will include 6 tickets to the Ball
– A half page ad in our program (Half page – 5” x 4”)
– Sponsor sign in the Ballroom

• SILVER – $5,000 Donation
– This will include 4 tickets to the Ball
– This will include a half page ad in our program (Half page – 5” x 4”)
– Sponsor sign in the Ballroom

•BAR SPONSOR– $1500 Donation
-This will include 2 tickets to the Ball
– Quarter page ad in our program (Qtr. page – 2 1⁄2”x4”)
-Sponsor sign at the bar

• BRONZE – $1,000 Donation
– Quarter page ad in our program (Qtr. page – 2 1⁄2”x4”)
– Sponsor sign in the Ballroom

• General admission tickets cost is $125 donation required per person attending. This includes cocktail hour with appetizers and free beer/wine.

Other Donations accepted:
Your donation between $50 – $999 will be listed in our program as a donor.

We are also accepting Gift cards, gift certificates, any monetary donation, baskets and items for our silent auction. Your name will be listed on the basket.
