St. Paul's Diaper Bank
Diapers, wipes and other baby supplies available for free to Pottstown families. The Diaper Bank is a ministry of the congregation; we welcome volunteers and donations to continue to support this vital community ministry. Our Diaper Bank is open on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 10-12p and from 5-7p. Volunteers from Mother Goose: Read to Me are also on-site to provide free children’s books.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), requests applications for the 2025 fiscal year (FY) Farmers Market Promotion Program (FMPP). FMPP’s purpose is to support the development, coordination, and expansion of direct producer-to-consumer markets to increase access to and availability of locally and regionally produced agricultural products. FMPP is a part of the Local Agriculture Market Program (LAMP) umbrella program. AMS welcomes applications that meet LAMP goals to support the development, coordination, and expansion of direct producer-to-consumer marketing, local and regional food markets and enterprises, and value-added agricultural products.

Regional Food System Partnerships

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), offers a grant program called the Regional Food System Partnerships (RFSP) for the 2025 fiscal year. The purpose of this program is to support partnerships that connect public and private resources to plan and develop local and regional food systems. RFSP is part of the Local Agriculture Market Program (LAMP) umbrella program. AMS welcomes applications that meet LAMP goals (see section 3.1) to support the development, coordination, and expansion of direct producer-to-consumer marketing, local and regional food markets and enterprises, and value-added agricultural products.

Pennsylvania Creative Industries is the new flagship brand of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency. With this name, the Council aims to elevate the creative sector’s visibility, engage broader audiences, foster collaboration across disciplines, and underscore creativity’s vital role in innovation, economic growth, and community vitality.
In 2025, our Council adopted a new strategic plan with the mission to empower, connect, and amplify creatives and creative industries and their contributions to Pennsylvania's communities, economy, and workforce. Our vision is that Pennsylvania becomes the national leader among states for creative communities, talent, and industries. To maximize impact and align with state community and economic development goals, Pennsylvania Creative Industries invests resources in five key areas:
- Asset Development (e.g., creative organizations, entrepreneurial ecosystem, technical assistance, regional networking).
- Workforce Development (e.g., creative skills, career awareness, and employment pathways).
- Community Development (e.g., creative placemaking, engagement with local governments, and networking for practitioners).
