Mission Statement
Co-create space and dedicate time for dialogue, reflection, relationship-building, and action to dismantle the structures and systems of injustice that perpetuate social inequities and disparities, honoring inherent interconnections and interdependencies.
Community Dialogues for Action (CDA) enacts its mission by offering educational opportunities through trainings and executive coaching, as well as a participatory model of community research. Formerly known as the Social Justice Initiative (SJI), CDA launched in 2025.
