The REACH Foundation Scholarship & Educational Access Fund exists to ensure that financial hardship is never the reason a student or family goes without educational support.

Through scholarship funding, family education, community partnerships, and collaborative support services, we help families navigate educational challenges, access critical resources, and build the knowledge and confidence needed to support their children effectively.

Our work is grounded in a simple belief: when families are informed, educational teams communicate effectively, and communities work together, students achieve better outcomes.

What We Support

Scholarship funding may be used to assist qualifying families with services and supports including:

• Educational consultation and guidance
• Special education advocacy support
• IEP and 504 Plan planning and review
• Evaluation and records review
• School placement and program planning
• Transition planning
• Parent and caregiver education
• Resource navigation and community connections
• Collaborative problem-solving and educational planning

In addition to direct family support, The REACH Foundation invests in educational initiatives that help strengthen communication, increase understanding, and promote meaningful collaboration among families, educators, and community organizations.

Scholarship Eligibility

The REACH Foundation Scholarship & Educational Access Fund is available to families demonstrating financial need and educational support needs.

To be considered for scholarship assistance, applicants must:

• Complete a Foundation Financial Intake Form
• Submit current W-2 documentation or proof of income
• Participate in a confidential eligibility review process
• Demonstrate educational support needs and financial hardship

Applications are reviewed individually, and all information is maintained with the highest level of confidentiality and respect.
