FEE FOR SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES
Cost: $2,500 minimum, based on service needs.

Incubation services include:
- Board development & engagement

- Financials: nonprofit budget

- Ethical leadership in a nonprofit
- Temporary office space – additional charge may be needed
Fiscal Sponsorship / Fiscal Pass-through
Cost: 10% of the funds held by TCN OR a negotiated standard monthly payment
- Accounts receivable/accounts payable services
- Check requests paid/issued within 7 days
- Access to TCN’s 990 and annual compilation audit
- Monthly reporting including profit and loss, general edger. Ability to customize the receipt date
- Specialized reporting available upon request with a 48 hour turn around
- Use of TCN’s nonprofit status, EIN number, sales tax exemption certificate, BCO certificate, 501c 3 certificate
- Use of TCN’s website and electronic fundraising for donation collection
Automated Donation/tax receipts - Participation in TCN’s Amazing Raise day of giving event
- Payroll services for employees, including: payroll processing/direct deposit, vacation day/PTO tracking, online access available, W2 processing

Convening and Project Lead
Cost: $2500 – $40,000 annually dependent upon length and depth of the project.
